Shipping Policy

United States
Standard shipping is $8 per order and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15 where offered at checkout.

International shipping
International shipping is $7 for orders of one or two jars. Orders of three or more jars qualify for free international shipping.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed on business days. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, and fulfillment location. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number so we can investigate.
